Trying to stop eating unhealthy food is very difficult , because of the cravings. Some foods are so addictive , it is so difficult to avoid them. Here is some ideas that i think will help you,at least stop eating.
- You don't need deserts after meal, chocolate ,a donut with coffee. Instead try to eat healthy foods like fruits and salads.
- Avoid buying food unnecessary. Discipline your self on how, when and what to eat.
- Stop being bored and keep eating in order to avoid the boredom.Keep yourself busy doing exercise or other activities.
- Drink lots of water. It is good to drink water daily to keep your metabolism going.
- Lower your cholesterol level by eating foods with lot cholesterol.
- Eat your food slowly so that the digestion will take place slowly. Eating to fast is not good idea for your system.
- Consider eating healthy food is as lifestyle instead of a quick fix to a problem.
- Get daily exercise such as running, walking for few minutes.
- Avoid salty foods.When you crave salt, try to drink water instead
- Try eating more fish with OMEGA 3 fatty acids.
- Avoid sugar intake. Instead, try taking protein and complex carbohydrate.
